  1. Objects
    • To promote education, establish school, colleges, and institutions and provide free education.
    • To promote health, establish hospitals and provide free treatment to patients.
    • To accept the requests, gifts, donations and subscriptions to accumulate and provide funds or endowments and to invest sum and apply the income arising there from or to use the capital thereof for any of the objects of society.
    • To Promote Education (Especially girl education), Literal, Commercial, Technical, Basic, Adult and Social.
    • To Spread Technical Education in rural, backward and other areas.
    • To encourage the studies of Oriental Languages and Technical Educations.
    • Plantations and encourage the youth to create healthy & wealthy environment.
    • To procure public contribution, Government and local bodies aid for the public institutions and undertaking to be started by this society.
    • To amalgamate other Societies whose aims and objects are similar to those of this Society
    • Distributions of free literature and maintain libraries and reading rooms.
    • To provide scholarships and other facilities for the Education of the Deserving Students.
    • To work for the betterment of weaker sections viz. SC/ST, women, children, senior citizens, and disabled etc. with a vision of social justice.
    • To launch various developments oriented and trust based activities with the sole objects of the Nation Building.
    • To fight against social wrongs like discrimination and harassment based on gender, caste and class.
    • To encourage Adult Education and Adult Literacy center and to start schools for the handicapped.
    • To provide institutions and individuals with requisite information on national issues, through own sources or setting up system or from donations or funds received from third parties/through networking channels.
    • To aware people about their Legal and Human Rights.
    • To spread awareness in respect of Importance of Water, Environment, Water Resources, etc.
    • To open Institutions for Vocational Training.
    • To give assistance to physically handicapped persons.
    • To provide free legal aid to poor’s.
    • To work for Women Development & Empowerment.
    • To spread awareness about HIV/ AIDS.
    • To spread awareness of Importance of Family Planning.
    • To work for the Rural Development.
    • To work for the promotion of Tourism Urban Development.
    • To work for awareness regarding Legal Awareness and Aids.
    • To work for promotion of Sports, Art & Culture.
    • To create awareness about disaster management.
    • To collaborate with corporate houses to fulfill their social responsibilities.
    • To fight against corruption and make people aware about their legal and consumer rights.
    • To arrange employment for unemployed youth.
    • Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting preventive health care and sanitation and making available safe drinking water;
    • Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;
    • Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centres and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups;
    • Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agro forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water;
    • Protection of national heritage, art and culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art, setting up public libraries, promotion and development of traditional arts and handicrafts;
    • Measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents;
    • Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, paralympic sports and Olympic sports;
    • Rural development projects.
    • To access funds from Government and semi-government sources, local bodies, banks and other financial institutions, trusts and any other legally constituted bodies Act the State, national, and international levels engaged in lawful activities to promote the society’s’ objectives.
    • To receive loans, grants, donations and technical services from any bilateral, multilateral, and international bodies such as governments, United Nations, World Bank, International Financial Corporation and other bodies for promotion of livelihoods and natural resource management.
    • The Society by its constitution is required to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects.
    • All the incomes, earnings, movables/ or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only as set forth in the memorandum of the society and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members “no member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of the membership.
    • In case of dissolution of fund/assets will be transferred only to some other society having similar objectives.

RULES AND REGULATION (BYE-LAWS) OF SOCIETIES

  1. Objects :           According with society testimonial
  1. Membership :           Any person irrespective of cast and creed/rich and poor and Sex                                            who have attended the age of 18 years and desirous of betterment                                        of the Society shall be entitled to be a member of the society. The                                        membership fee and subscription amount shall be decided by the                                        Governing Body.

OTHER ESSENTIAL CLAUSES

Declaration of Membership: The membership shall be ceased for the following reasons with due approval of the Governing Body having 2/3rd majority and sufficient prove thereof which will be recorded in the resolution/minutes book. Reasons are:-

  • Who does not attend three consecutive meetings.
  • If a member not found activities determine to the aim and object of the Society shall also removed.
  • If member resign’s, become unsound mind, insolvent and convicted in a criminal offence.
  • Nonpayment of subscription money and other reasons as decided by Governing Body time to time.

Applicability: All the provisions under all the sections of The Societies Registration Act (XXI) 1860 as applicable to the Union Territory of Delhi shall apply to this society.

General Body: The General Body of the society shall consist all the active members of the society. The General body of the society meets once in every year and quorum of the meeting shall be 2/3rd of the total strength.

Governing Body: The members elected or selected in the General Body shall be the Governing Body. The Governing Body of the society shall consist President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Other Executive Members.

Annual Return: Every year a list of the office bearers and members of the governing body shall be filed with the Registrar of Societies Delhi, as required under The Societies Registration Act 1860.

Financial Year: Financial year of the Society shall be from April 1 to March 31 of subsequent year.

Meeting: The Governing Body shall meet once in a month; In case of Emergency they shall be called at any time with one week notice.

Notice: Notice of the General Body meeting and Governing Body meeting shall be served before one week and emergence meeting can be called with 24 hours notice.

Quorum: The quorum of the General Body and Governing Body shall be 2/3rd of the total members of the Society.

Duties of office bearers: The President shall preside over Governing Body and General Body meeting. In his or her absence the Vice-President shall preside and in absence of the both any members of nominated by the Governing Body shall preside.

Vice-President– The Vice-President shall carry out all the duties and function of the President in his/her absence.

Secretary : The Secretary shall be responsible to the Governing Body for proper discharge and execution of its orders and resolution shall recorded the proceeding of the meeting exercise supervision over all the affairs of the Society attend the official re-respondance and  shall be custodian of the records. He/ She shall prepare detailed report regarding the activities of the Society including the Income and expenditure and appraise the position to the Governing Body. He/She shall sign the cash book daily and also the receipts granted by the Treasurer towards collection.

Treasurer: He/she shall be responsible for collection of funds as fixed by the Governing body with collection of funds as the same in society Account within one week. The funds so called shall be reflected in the cash book in same day and got the same signed from the Secretary at the closing of the day.

Executive Members: Other members of the Governing Body of this society shall do the work that is entrusted to them by the President of this society.

Elections: The term of office of the first Governing Body shall be three financial year and the term of each subsequent Governing Body shall be five years. The Governing Body members shall be elected by the General Body in a General Meeting by Secret Ballot. The governing body can fill up any vacancy, in the Governing Body, caused due to any reason whatsoever. This vacancy has to ratify in the immediately succeeding Annual General Meeting. 

Expenditure Limit: The President and Treasurer shall have power to sanction of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lacs) and Rs 5,00,000/- (Five Lacs) respectively for expenditure purpose and above that the view of they shall be obtained and shall be approved in next General Body Meeting.     

Vote: Every member shall have right to vote and the President shall have power to casting the vote. 

Audit: Proper books of accounts shall be maintained by this society and the same shall available for inspection of the member of the General Body and Auditors. The accounts of the Society shall be audited annually by a qualified auditor or Government Auditor.

Bank Account: The funds of the Society shall be kept and transacted through current account with the State Bank of India or any Nationalized Bank. However, surplus funds which may not be required for expenditure for sometime may be kept in an interest-bearing account by investing in short-term fixed deposits or by keeping in a savings Bank Account. President and Treasurer jointly maintain bank accounts.     

Source of funds: Admission fee; Subscription from members: Donation from general public and Grant –in-aid from the Government and other legal ways to fulfill society objects.

Honorarium payable to Experts: The Society may invite experts to deliver lectures in the Society from time to time on payment of suitable fee or honorarium and pay them travelling allowance.

Amendment of byelaws: The Society shall have the powers to make and from time to time repeal, alter, amend or vary its rules and regulations for the administration and management of the affairs of the Society and for the furtherance of the objects as per procedures under section 12/12A of the Societies Registration Act 1860.     

Legal Action: Legal action will instituted against the Society for loss of property misappropriation of funds of Society.

Income Tax and Other Laws: Entire provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961 and provisions of other applicable laws if any shall be applicable to society.

Income and Assets: All the incomes, earnings, movables/ or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only as set forth in the memorandum of the society and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members “no member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of the membership.

Dissolution:  Upon dissolution of the Society its assets will be handed over to a similar type of registrar Society or to Government after satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities and shall not be distributed or paid among the members. Provided that no society shall be dissolved unless   3/4th of its member shall have expressed a wish for such dissolution by their votes delivered in person or by proxy at a General Body meeting convened for the purpose. Provided that the Society registered under this Act shall not be dissolved without the consent of the Government of the State of registration where the Government is a member contributor or otherwise interested.

Government approvals: Governing Body of the society shall apply 80G, 12A, 35AC, FCRA and other registrations with various government departments.

Essential Certificate: We certified that this is the true and correct copy of the Rules and Regulation of the society.

  • Certified that there is no other Registered Society with the above name in the same state.
  • All legal matters shall be guided under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.
