With effect from 1st February 2019 all valuations required under Companies Act 2013 & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 to be done by “REGISTERED VALUERS” registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Registered Valuer applicability under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016

3  Sec 59(3)(b)(ii) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 In case of voluntary liquidation proceedings Corporate Debtor has to file a report of the valuation of the assets of the company prepared by a registered valuer
